Important Note:
If you were informed your mail service has been transferred to a new server and your IPhone does not seem to be able to connect to your mail server, then you will need to Hard-Reset your IPHONE (Simultaneously push sleep/wake button and Home button for 10+ seconds until Apple logo appears – phone will reboot).
Tap settings
Tap mail,contacts, calendar
tap add account
tap other
name = [Any name you want to give account]
email = [Your full email address]
password = [Your email password]
description = [optional]
tap save in the upper right corner
tap pop
host name = mail.YOURWEBSITEADDRESS.com
username = [Your full email address]
password = [Your email password]
outgoing smtp = mail.YOURWEBSITEADDRESS.com
username = [Your full email address]
password= [Your email password]
tap save in the upper right corner
NOTES:
SSL should be OFF
Authentication should be: PASSWORD
SMTP Port can be 25 or 587 (if 25 doesn’t work)
If you still cannot use your email after following these instructions, remove the email account you created, reset the IPhone, and try again.
