POP3: mail.YOURWEBSITENAME.com
SMTP: mail.YOURWEBSITENAME.com
Username: [Your Full Email Address]
Password: [Your Email Password]
(password and username are both case-sensitive)
SMTP Port: 25 or 587
My Server Requires Authentication: YES (checked)
Use same settings as my incoming mail server: (Selected)

How To Setup Microsoft Outlook 2007 for POP Email
1. Click on Tools > Account Settings.
2. Under the Account Settings window, click on the Email Tab, click New.
3. Select POP then click Next.
4. Under the Auto Account Setup, place a check in the box called
Manually Configure Server settings or additional types, click Next.
5. Select Internet Email, click Next.
6. Next, fill out the following information:
o User Information
Your Name: [Your Name]
Email Address: [Your Full Email Address]
o Server Information
Account Type: POP3
Incoming Mail Server: mail.YOURWEBSITENAME.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.YOURWEBSITENAME.com
o Logon Information
User Name: [Your Full Email Address]
Password: [Your Email Password]
Check the box to remember password
2. Click on the More Settings button.
3. On Outgoing Server tab, check the box My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and confirm that the radio button Use the same settings as my incoming mail server is selected.
4. On the Advanced tab, choose the following settings:
o Incoming server (POP3) > Use the following type of encrypted
connection: Plain Text or NONE
o Outgoing server (SMTP)
Enter port number: 587
Use the following type of encrypted connection: Plain Text or None
5. Click OK. Finally click Next, and then click Finish.
