Open Outlook 2010

Click File, then Click Add Account

At the bottom of the “Auto Account Setup” screen, click “Manually confgure server settings…”, then click NEXT

Select Internet email and click next

Enter the following settings:
Your Name = your full name
EMail Address = your full email address
Account Type = either POP3 or IMAP
Incoming mail server = mail.YOURDOMAINNAME.com
Outgoing mail server = mail.YOURDOMAINNAME.com
User Name = your full email address
Password = your password

Click More Settings button

Click Outgoing Server tab. Make sure “My Server Requires Authentication” is checked, and that “use same settings as my incoming mail server” is selected.

Click Advanced Tab

SMTP Port should be 587

Click OK
Click NEXT
After Outlook tests settings, click CLOSE.
Click FINISH
Done

Press F9 inside of Outlook 2010 to download new messages (if any).
